UpdateI changed my rating after customer service contacted me and sent me a new battery free of charge. The battery life is much better! It must have been a bad battery. Customer service was amazing!I Purchased this vacuum based on all the great reviews and I seriously do not understand if I just got a bad unit. This vacuum barely works on the lowest setting, and when you put it to the highest setting, the battery drains within 10 minutes and the suction power drains as the battery percentage goes down. Based on the videos, I have watched from other people my unit on the highest setting sounds as strong as people using their lowest setting. Very disappointment!
Vacuum is on its very last legs in March 2023 after original purchase in October 2020. It has been used 2-3 times per week on carpet, hardwoods, and with the handheld attachment for stairs. I have maintained this well, cleaning the dust cup after each use, cleaning the filters every month, cleaning the bristles, etc. Disappointed this did not even make it 3 years.
The ease at which you can move this vacuum upstairs and in corners is awesome. It has great sucking power, highly recommend.
I have a husky that sheds like crazy, I quickly use this daily for the main areas, or quickly bring out to the truck.2 features which might compromise weight is battery life especially in turbo mode and the dirt debris canister is small.But its an excellent product in my use of application.
More suction power than I expected with such a reasonable price. Battery doesn't last as long as advertised but easy and quick charging.
